Once queues are created and content has been added, you can manage both the queue itself and the posts inside it. Management options include reordering or shuffling posts, moving content between queues of the same profile, pausing a queue temporarily, or duplicating a queue’s setup for reuse.
How to move and reorder posts in a queue
Reordering allows you to control the order in which posts are published within a single queue. You can also move posts between queues that belong to the same profile, which is useful when balancing content across multiple queues.
Note: Posts cannot be moved between queues associated to different profiles. To reuse a post in a different profile’s queue, duplicate the post and assign it to correct profile. To reorder queued posts from the Queues menu:
To reorder or move queued posts from the Queues menu:
Select a queue from the left-hand panel
Drag and drop posts:
Within the same queue to change their order
Into another queue of the same profile to move them
The post at the top of a queue will publish next.
How to shuffle posts in a queue
Shuffling randomizes the order of posts in a queue while still following the timeslot schedule. This is useful when you want variety without manually reordering.
To shuffle posts queued posts from the Queues menu:
Select a queue from the left-hand panel
Open the three-dot menu (…) next to the queue name
Select Shuffle queue
All queued posts will be put in randomized order.
How to pause and resume a queue
Pausing allows you to temporarily stop publishing from a queue without losing the content or settings.
To pause or resume a queue from the Queues menu:
Open the three-dot menu (…) next to the queue name
Select Pause this queue
Posts in the queue remain intact but will not publish
To restart, return to the same menu and select Resume queue
How to duplicate a queue
Duplicating copies a queue’s settings and timeslots, allowing you to reuse its structure for new campaigns or themes. Content is not duplicated.
To duplicate a queue from the Queues menu:
Open the three-dot menu (…) next to the queue name
Select Duplicate queue
A new queue will be created with the same settings and timeslots, but without the original content
