The Agorapulse mobile inbox allows you to review, reply, assign, hide, or delete conversations. Letting you manage conversations while on the go.

How to review Inbox items
Items in the mobile Inbox can be marked as reviewed to indicate they do not require any further action from your team. Inbox items will automatically be marked as reviewed when:
An Inbox item is hidden or deleted
An Inbox item is replied to*
An Inbox item is marked as reviewed
*Note: Inbox items that have been replied to directly on the native social platform are not automatically marked as reviewed in Agorapulse. These need to be manually marked as reviewed if you want to exclude them from the Items to review view.
Items in the mobile Inbox can be marked as reviewed by:
Tapping the check mark at the bottom right of the item card.
Or
Sliding the item card to the left.
Note: For Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok, this will also like/heart the comment
How to reply to an Inbox item
To reply to an Inbox item, please follow the steps below:
Tap on the comment card that you would like to reply to
Enter your reply in the text box entitled Start writing your post
(Optional) You can add an existing Saved Reply or create a new Saved Reply by:
Clicking on the speech bubble next to the text box
Select an already existing Saved Reply
orClick on the plus icon at the top right to create a new Saved Reply
(Optional) Add a photo by clicking on the picture next to the text box
Tap the Arrow icon to send
How to reply to comments in a private message
It is possible to reply to a comment with a private message. This option is only available for Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter) and will only be available within 7 days of the comment being posted for Facebook and Instagram.
Tap the comment from the list of Inbox items
Select the three vertical dots and tap Reply with Private Message
Enter your reply in the text box entitled Start writing your post
(Optional) Add a saved reply or photo by clicking on the icons next to the text box
Tap the Arrow icon to send
How to assign an Inbox item
Inbox items can be assigned to other colleagues on your team to ensure that the correct team member responds to a user's query.
Tap on the three vertical dots at the top right of the inbox item.
Select Assign
From the list, select the team member that you would like to assign the post to
Tap OK
(Optional) Add a message for the assigned team memberTap Assign
How to delete or hide an Inbox item
Inbox items that should not be publicly visible can be deleted or hidden from Agorapulse. Once an item is deleted, the action is irreversible and permanent. Hiding a comment in the Inbox will remove it from public view, but the action can be reversed.
To delete or hide an inbox item:
Select the inbox of the social profile you'd like to manage
At the bottom left of the inbox item that you would like to manage, you will have two options:
Tap the Delete (Trash) icon to delete the item
You will need to tap Yes, I'm sure to confirmTap the Hide (Eye) icon to hide the comment
How to view a comment natively
Some inbox items are unable to be deleted from Agorapulse and will need to be removed natively from the social network. More information on what Inbox items can't be deleted from Agorapulse can be found here.
If you have sufficient permissions in the relevant social network, you can follow the steps below to delete an Inbox item natively:
Tapping on the three vertical dots at the top right of the card
Tap View on
You will be taken directly to the comment
