Use saved replies to reply to conversations from the mobile app

In the mobile app, you can create new saved replies as well as update existing ones on a per-profile basis.

Please Note: Users with profile-level Admin, Editor, and Moderator permissions may create and manage saved replies.


Creating a saved reply

Saved replies are created on a per-profile basis. You can create saved replies when viewing an item by:

  1. From the Inbox, select the relevant social profile

  2. Tap on a message

  3. Click on the speech bubble (Saved Replies) icon

  4. At the top right of the screen, tap on the Plus icon (+)

  5. Enter a name for the saved reply

  6. Include any text that should be added to the saved reply
    If you enter %name% into your saved reply, it will automatically populate with the name or username of the person you are replying to

  7. Tap OK at the top right



Managing saved replies

You can delete or edit saved replies from the Inbox when viewing an inbox item by:

  1. Click on the speech bubble (Saved Replies) icon

  2. Next to the saved reply, tap on the three vertical dots

  3. Tap Edit to update the saved reply and click Save
    or
    Tap Remove to permanently delete the saved reply
