Mobile Listening explained

View your Listening searches from the Agorapulse mobile app

From the Agorapulse mobile app, you can view all active listening searches along with the content that has synced from these searches. Allowing you to see what is being said about your brand on the go.

Previewing Listening searches

When opening the Listening section of the Agorapulse mobile app, you will be shown a list of all of the listening searches that your team has created. For each search, we will show:

  • The name of the search

  • The Sources used (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Web)

  • Search parameters used in the search:

    • Keywords

    • Hashtags

    • Mentions

  • The date search was created, and who created it

  • The volume of items that have synced

  • The total Engagement

Please note: Listening searches cannot be created or edited from the Agorapulse mobile app, and can only be created and managed from the desktop app.


Viewing and filtering Listening Results

After selecting a search, you will be shown a list of posts that have synced from your search. In the preview of these posts, we will show which selected parameter in your search (Keyword, Hashtag, or Mention) was triggered to sync the post as well as the option to view the post natively via the View on button.

You can also use the three filters at the top of the screen to sort these results. These filters are:

  • Period

    • Last 7 days

    • Last 14 days

    • Last month

  • Order by

    • Newest

    • Oldest

    • Engagement

  • Content type (each type can be toggled on or off)

    • Images

    • Links

    • GIFs

    • Videos

    • Text only
