Mobile Asset Library explained

Learn how to use the Asset Library on the mobile app

In the mobile Asset Library, you can upload new assets as well as view and manage existing assets.

The number of assets you can upload depends on your subscription plan:

  • Standard - 10 images, 2 videos

  • Professional - 10 images, 2 videos

  • Advanced and Custom - 50 GB

How to manage media in the mobile Asset Library

Files can be uploaded directly to the Asset Library. The following file types are compatible:

  • JPEG

  • PNG

  • GIF

  • MP4

  • MOV

To upload media to the Asset Library:

  1. Tap on the Library icon at the bottom of the app

  2. Navigate to the folder that you would like to upload the file to

  3. Then, at the bottom right of the screen, tap Add media

  4. Select multiple files if needed, and tap Done on your device to upload your file(s)


To delete media in the Asset Library:

  1. Select the file that you would like to delete

  2. Tap on the Trash Can icon

  3. In the pop-up, tap Delete



How to view assets in the mobile Asset Library

You can refine how assets are displayed in the Asset Library by using filters and the search

How to filter assets

  1. Tap on the Filter icon at the top right of the screen

  2. Choose one or multiple filters:

    • Asset type: Images or videos

    • Labels: Labels applied to the file

    • Creator: Team member who added the file

    When selecting a filter, tap OK to confirm the selections under the specific filter

  3. Tap Done to apply the selected filters

  4. The library will display only the assets that match the selected filters

How to search assets

  1. Tap on the search bar at the top of the Asset Library

  2. Enter your search term in the search bar

    You can search by the Title of the folder or file

  3. The folder or file will be displayed under the relevant section

Please note: You can only search for files or folders that are displayed on the current page that you are on.
