Once you have generated and reviewed your posts in Archie, you can schedule and publish them without leaving the Archie interface. Every post flows into the same Agorapulse publishing calendar you already use, so your Archie-generated content sits alongside the rest of your scheduled content.
In this article, we will cover:
Please Note: Archie is available to users on all current plans. However, publishing features follow your existing Agorapulse plan. If you would like to change your plan to access specific publishing features, feel free to reach out to us here.
How publishing works in Archie
Archie and Agorapulse share the same publisher. Posts you create in Archie are scheduled and published to the same calendar you already use in Agorapulse. This means:
Your Archie-generated content appears alongside your other scheduled posts in the Agorapulse calendar.
You can manage all of your scheduled content from one place.
All standard Agorapulse publishing features, including approval workflows, assignees, and labels, are available.

How to bulk-schedule multiple posts
When you generate multiple posts from a single source, you can bulk schedule multiple posts together instead of one at a time. This is useful when you repurpose a single piece of content, such as a webinar, into a week's worth of posts across multiple platforms.
Please note: If posts were generated for multiple social networks, you can only bulk schedule posts for one social network at a time.
To bulk schedule your posts:
From the Drafts tab, check the box next to each post that you would like to schedule
Note: You can check the box next to the name of the social network to select all of the generated posts for that social networkClick Schedule

What happens after publishing
Once a post is published, Agorapulse tracks its performance through the same measurement tools you use for every other post.
After a post goes live:
It appears in your Agorapulse Analytics like any other published post.
Engagement, including likes, comments, and shares, is tracked in your Agorapulse Inbox and Listening features.
Performance data feeds back into Agorapulse's reporting tools.
Please note: There is currently no separate tracking in Archie. Everything happens through Agorapulse's existing measurement tools. You will soon be able to track performance for posts published specifically through Archie within your Agorapulse reports.
