Agorapulse is transitioning all legacy Custom Reports to Report Studio. To support this move, existing Custom Reports will become read-only. They will remain available for a limited migration period, during which you can rebuild them in Report Studio. This article explains what is changing, how to migrate your reports, what happens to your scheduled exports, and the key dates to keep in mind.

What is changing
Legacy Custom Reports are being replaced by Report Studio. On July 20, 2026, all legacy Custom Reports will switch to read-only mode. During the read-only period, you can still open and view your legacy reports, and any scheduled exports attached to them will continue to run. To edit or export a Custom Report, you will need to migrate it to Report Studio.
The migration rebuilds each report one-to-one in Report Studio, recreating every section as a widget, and transfers its scheduled exports automatically.
Please note: Migration is final. Once you confirm the migration of a report, the action cannot be undone, and there is no rollback.
Timeline
On July 20, 2026: Legacy Custom Reports become read-only, and the Migrate to Report Studio flow becomes available to all users.
The end of September 2026 (exact date to be confirmed): The migration window closes. Any report that has not been migrated is hidden from the interface.
You will have roughly three months (three reporting cycles) to migrate your reports before the window closes.
What read-only mode means
While a legacy Custom Report is in read-only mode, you can:
Open and view the report.
Continue to receive any scheduled exports already set up for the report.
While a legacy Custom Report is in read-only mode, you cannot:
Edit the report.
Run a manual export.
To restore full editing and manual exports, migrate the report to Report Studio.
How to migrate your Custom Reports to Report Studio
You can migrate a single Custom Report or in bulk from the same place. Migration is irreversible, so review your selection carefully before confirming.
To migrate your Custom Reports, you will need to:
Click on Reports from the left navigation bar
Under Customized, open any Custom Report
Locate the banner at the top of the report and click Migrate reports to Report Studio
In the pop-up, you can select the Custom Reports that you would like to migrate by:
Individually clicking the check box next to the reports you would like to migrate
OrClicking the box next to Select all
Once you have selected the reports you would like to migrate, click Migrate
What happens to your scheduled exports
Your scheduled exports are preserved throughout the process:
During the read-only period: Scheduled exports remain attached to the legacy report and continue to run as normal.
After migration: Scheduled exports are transferred automatically to the new report in Report Studio, so there is no need to recreate them.
If a report is never migrated and the migration window closes, its scheduled exports stop when the report is removed.

What happens if I don't migrate my legacy Custom Reports?
Your legacy Custom Reports remain read-only and viewable until the migration window closes, around the end of September 2026. After that date, any report you have not migrated is hidden from the interface, along with its scheduled exports. To keep a report and its exports, migrate it before the window closes.
Can the migration be undone?
No. Migration is final once triggered, and there is no option to roll it back.
