After you add your desired widgets, you can arrange them using a 12-column grid system. This structure ensures that your report maintains a professional alignment while allowing for varied widget sizes.

How to view and manage reports created in Report Studio
Once a report has been created using Report Studio, it will appear under the Report Studio subheading in the Reports sidebar.
To view a report created from the Report Studio:
Expand the Report Studio subheading in the Reports sidebar
Click on the desired Custom Report name
To edit a report created from the Report Studio:
Open the relevant report
Click on Edit report
Select the Modify report option from the drop-down
Make the desired changes
Press Save when complete
To duplicate a report created in Report Studio:
Open the relevant report
Click on Edit report
Select the Duplicate report option from the drop-down
You will be taken through the Report Studio creation wizard with the options for the duplicated report already selected. All of these options can be updated
Click Build Report
From here you can:
Add or remove widgets
Add or remove tabs
Reorganize widgets
Once you have made the necessary changes, click Save
To delete a report created from the Report Studio:
Open the relevant report
Click on Edit report
Select the Delete report option from the drop-down
Select Yes, I'm sure to confirm deletion
Please note: Users with a Member or Advanced Member role cannot edit, duplicate, or delete reports in Report Studio.
What options are available when organizing a report in Report Studio?
Once you have created your report, you can use the following options to customize your report:
Reorder your widgets to a new position on the grid by clicking on a widget and dragging it to the desired position on the grid
Clicking the Pencil icon next to a widget's name will allow you to edit the name of that widget
Hovering your cursor over a widget will let you select from the following options:
Chart type: Allows you to edit the selected chart type available to the widget
Size: Edit the size of the widget
Duplicate: Create an exact copy of the widget
Edit: Modify the data sources or visualization type
Delete: Remove the widget from the report entirely
Move to top: Moves the widget to the first position on the current tab
Move to another tab: If additional tabs have been created, transfer the widget to a different tab.
Note: If no tabs have been created, this option will be greyed out.
Please note: The Table chart is not compatible with the Mini (3-column) widget size and will be greyed out if Mini is already selected.
If Mini is selected for a widget with Table chart type selected, the widget will automatically change to the Highlight chart type.
How to organize your reports using tabs
Tabs allow you to categorize your data into distinct sections, such as Audience or Posts Insights. Each tab operates on its own independent grid layout, which provides unique organizational possibilities for each Tab.
To create a new Tab:
Click Manage tabs
Enter a title for the tab in the pop-up window, ensuring the name does not exceed the 30-character limits
Note: You can add additional tabs by clicking +Add tabClick and drag the six dots icon to the left of the name to organize your tabs to your preferred order
Click Save
To delete a Tab:
Click Manage tabs
Click the Bin icon next to the tab that you would like to delete
In the pop-up, click Delete to confirm
Note: Deleted tabs cannot be recoveredClick Save
Once you have finished customizing your report, click Save at the top right of the screen to finalize your customizations.
