You can contact our Support team by sending an email to support@agorapulse.com or by sending a message while logged in to your Agorapulse account. There are two ways you can start a conversation with us:

Option 1 (Orange Chat Widget)

1. Click on the orange chat widget while logged in to Agorapulse
2. Press Send us a message
3. Click on the topic you would like to talk to us about
4. Give us as much detail as possible
5. Press the orange send arrow

Option 2 (Help Menu)

1. Click on the (?) icon while logged into Agorapulse
2. Select Contact us
3. Click on the topic you would like to talk to us about
4. Give us as much detail as possible
5. Press the orange send arrow
