In Agorapulse, you can reorder social profiles, group them into folders, and rename them for easier identification. Organizing your social profiles helps keep your navigation menu clear and efficient, especially if you manage many accounts.
Please Note: Only Owners and Managers can create and manage groups. Any updates apply to all team members in the organization.

You can change the order and rename your profiles by following these instructions:
Click your avatar in the bottom left corner
Select Organization settings, then choose Menu/groups from the left-hand menu
Drag and drop social profiles into your preferred order
Click on a profile's name to rename it (Renaming only changes how the profile appears in Agorapulse and does not affect the name on the native platform)
Click Save to apply your changes
How to group social profiles
A social profile group in Agorapulse helps you organize multiple profiles within your organization (e.g. by brand or client). The way you group profiles is fully customizable to fit your workflow.
To create groups for your social profiles, you will need to:
Click on your avatar in the bottom left corner
Select Organization settings, then choose Menu/groups from the left-hand menu
Click Create new group and enter a name (Every group must have a name before it can be saved)
Drag and drop profiles into a group (Each profile can only belong to one group)
Profiles within a group can be dragged and dropped to adjust their order
Click Save to apply your changes
