The Billing information section is only available to the organization Owner or to Managers who have been granted permissions to access the Subscription page.
Please Note: If you are on a Custom or Manual plan, contact your Customer Success Manager to edit billing information.
You can edit billing information at any time while your subscription is active. All fields in the Billing information section are required unless explicitly marked as Optional. The Update billing info button will only become active once all required fields are completed.
To edit billing information:
Click the avatar in the bottom left of the screen
Select the Subscription tab
Select the Billing information sub-menu
In the Billing information section, you can:
Click the pencil icon to edit invoicing details, including the billing contact and email address
After making changes, click Update billing info to save
