Invoices are available at any time in your Subscription settings. From this page you can view and export all invoices linked to your account. A copy of each invoice is also sent automatically to the email address listed as the billing contact, which can be updated in your billing information settings.
Only Owners and Managers with permission to access subscription settings can view invoices in Agorapulse.
To access invoices while logged into Agorapulse:
Click the avatar at the bottom left of the screen
Select the Subscription tab
Click the Invoices sub-menu
Locate the desired
Click Download PDF to export the invoice
Please Note: Invoices for refunds, credits or cancelled accounts are not available in-app. If the invoice is inaccessible through Agorapulse, check the billing contact’s email inbox and spam folder. If the invoice is still not available, please contact our support team.
