A copy of each invoice is sent automatically to the email address listed as the billing contact, which can be updated in your billing information settings. If you are set as the billing contact and haven't received the invoice to your inbox, please make sure to check your spam folder.
Invoices are also available anytime in your Subscription settings. From this page, you can view and export all invoices linked to your account.
Please Note: Invoices that are dated before December 2021 are not available in-app. If you would like a copy of an invoice from before this date, please contact our support team.
Only Owners and Managers with permission to access subscription settings can view invoices in Agorapulse.
To access invoices while logged into Agorapulse:
Click the avatar at the bottom left of the screen
Select the Subscription tab
Click the Invoices sub-menu
Locate the desired
Click Download PDF to export the invoice
Please Note: Invoices for refunds, credits, or cancelled accounts are not available in-app. To receive a copy of these invoices, please contact our support team.
