Agorapulse Permissions Matrix

A detailed breakdown of the actions available to each social profile-level role in Agorapulse.

Updated this week

This article outlines the exact actions that can be performed by users assigned to each social profile-level role in Agorapulse: Admin, Editor, Moderator, and Guest.

Agorapulse roles operate at two levels:

  • Organization-level roles (Owner, Manager, Member)

  • Social profile-level roles (Admin, Editor, Moderator, Guest)

Users assigned the Owner or Manager role at the organization level are automatically granted Admin access to all social profiles connected to that organization.

The permissions listed below define which actions each role can take in key areas of the product; including the Inbox, Advanced Listening, Publishing, Analytics, Social Profile Settings, Library, Drafts and Queues.

Each section is labeled with the relevant feature name. In each table, a list of actions is shown in the first column. A ✓ symbol indicates that the role has access to the corresponding action, while a ✗ symbol indicates that the action is not available to that role.
