Agorapulse Permissions Matrix

A detailed breakdown of the actions available to each social profile and organization-level role in Agorapulse.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

This article outlines the exact actions that can be performed by users assigned to each social profile and organization-level role in Agorapulse.

Agorapulse roles operate at two levels:

  • Organization-level roles (Owner, Co-Owner, Manager, Advanced member, Member)

  • Social profile-level roles (Admin, Editor, Moderator, Guest)

Users assigned the Owner, Co-owner, or Manager role at the organization level are automatically granted Admin access to all social profiles connected to that organization. While Advanced Members and Members need to be assigned a role for each social profile (Admin, Editor, Moderator, Guest).

The permissions listed below define which actions each role can take in key areas of the product; including the Inbox, Advanced Listening, Publishing, Analytics, Social Profile Settings, Library, Drafts, and Queues.

Each section is labeled with the relevant feature name. In each table, a list of actions is shown in the first column. A ✓ symbol indicates that the role has access to the corresponding action, while a ✗ symbol indicates that the action is not available to that role.
