Agorapulse allows the use of keyboard shortcuts in the Inbox & Listening section of the tool. You can use the following keyboard shortcuts:

If you do not wish to use keyboard shortcuts, you can easily disable them by toggling the switch off in the Personal settings > Advanced window.
