Yes, Agorapulse supports Facebook Reviews - they are shown in your Page's INBOX, along with other comments, messages or posts.

Since Facebook has made changes to Reviews in August 2018, we don't show the star rating, i.e. number of stars user has given your Page, anymore. Instead, the review is just simple positive or negative review (recommends / doesn't recommend) and author's comment with more details. You can use the INBOX filter to show only Reviews.

You can reply to Facebook Reviews in Agorapulse - click on a review to see its detailed view and reply, just as you reply to any other comment or message. You cannot like reviews due to the ongoing technical issue on Facebook's side - we recommend to like reviews directly on Facebook instead, as a workaround.

It's not possible to delete a review, since the review does not 'belong' to your page, but to the user who left the review on your page.

After you add your Facebook Page, we will sync the last 32 days of reviews and limit them to the following number within that 32 day historical sync.
