Facebook Pages sync frequency is real-time*. It means new comments, posts or private messages are synced in less than 5 minutes - as long as you're online** (But usually it's even less than a minute).

* except for Facebook page reviews, these are synced hourly.

** when no team member from the team is logged in for 7 and more days, we switch to hourly sync frequency

This sync frequency is the same for any Facebook Page, regardless if it's part of the paid plan, free plan or free trial.

When you connect your Facebook Page for the first time, we'll retrieve comments and messages 32 days back prior to this date.

Then, as long as you use Agorapulse, your data will be retained, starting on sign-up date. Depending on the subscription plan you have, you can access data for up to 24 months.
