The Listening tab is the place to check when you want to listen to your awareness on Facebook: in this section, you will find mentions of your Page.

We can only synchronize mentions of your page on public posts.

We are unable to sync mentions of your page if they have been made in a comment. This isn't possible due to the limitations of the Facebook API.
