How to set a label?
Updated over a week ago

To set a label when creating/editing a post in the publishing composer:

1. Select the label icon on the top right corner of your screen.

2. Then, you can either search for the label you want to add to the post/group of posts or create a new label from here.

Note: Labels are case sensitive. "label" is not the same as "Label".

3. You can identify that a label has been set by the blue activation icon and by hovering over it.

Note: Labels apply to all the posts in the Group. All the posts created, across all profiles and dates within the group will have the label.

To set a label on a scheduled post:

  • Open the Calendar and locate the scheduled post you wish to label. If you have several posts in your calendar, it can be helpful to filter calendar items to see only scheduled posts.

  • Follow steps 1-3 above.

How can I manage my labels (view, edit, delete)?

To manage your labels, simply select the settings icon within the labelling system.

From there you can see all the labels that you've applied while Publishing posts. You can search for them easily if you have many labels.

  • You can edit the wording for each label - this will edit the label of all the posts it has been applied to.

  • You can delete a label - this will remove the label from any post it has been applied to. Also, if a label is no longer associated with any post(s), it'll disappear from the list of existing labels.

  • The validate button will save any changes that you've made to the wording.

Note: there is no limit to how many labels you have. However, please note that having thousands of labels could cause performance issues.
