How to Create a Facebook Reel
1. Open up the Composer and select the Browse files button under Media. From here you can upload your video. You can also drag and drop your video here if you wish.
The recommended video ratio for a Facebook Reel is 9:16
2. Under the Facebook options section, select Reel
