It can happen when you upload an image, for example, a photo taken on a smartphone, that it's rotated or completely upside down.
The orientation of the image or photo is written in the file's metadata (or Exif data), which is not handled by Agorapulse. If the file's rotation is not "fixed" through the use of another tool that handled the Exif data and that overwrites the metadata, the image can be upside down or rotated.
As a solution, you can try to open the photo in a software or tool that works with image files and save it.
