How does my client see the content that is assigned to them?
How does my client see the content that is assigned to them?
Updated over a week ago

When you share content with your clients, they will typically receive an email notification about this. On the link attached to the email, they'll be able to see all posts assigned to them.

Your client needs to click on the orange button in the email to access the content (desktop version) - they'll land in the shared calendar, without the need to log in anywhere!

What options are available?

Here, they can review the content, having multiple options for how to handle it:

1. add a comment only: this will add an internal comment to the post. All people involved in the creation of this given post will be able to see the comments - creator, client assignee, etc.

2. reject the post (with comment): this will reject the post and prevent it from being published. It'll be assigned back to the creator.

Note: A comment must be added to reject a post

3. approve the post: this will accept the post and it'll be ready to go out (at the scheduled date/time)

Mobile

The client can also open assigned content on a mobile device. Since emails are often received and read on mobile devices, we made it easy to accept, reject, or comment on assigned content on mobile devices.

After receiving the email, the client needs to tap on the orange button to view the content (the same as on the web). Then, a simplified version of Shared Calendar opens, and they can work with the post.
