You can tag assets so they are easier to find and organize.
You can then filter by asset and research by label

You have two ways to add labels:

To open the Asset Detail page, simply click on an Asset thumbnail. From there, in the "labels" section, you can create a new label or select one that you've already created

You can apply labels to multiple assets by checking them and selecting "Add labels" in the Bulk actions

You can verify what label you've applied to assets by hovering over the asset label.
