To easily manage the fans on your Facebook page, here are some actions you can work with:
1 Add note
Need to note down something important for a given fan? No problem, use the notes. You can add as many notes to the user, as you like. Easily edit them, or delete them when no longer needed.
2 Ban
It's possible to ban a user - in such case, he/she won't be able to post or comment on your Page, and won't have access to any of your apps anymore. You can undo the ban action anytime.
Please note that we don't synchronize banned users if the admin banned him/her directly on Facebook.
The banned users list in Agorapulse shows only users banned directly in Agorapulse.
The banned users list on Facebook, on the other hand, shows both users banned via Agorapulse and on Facebook.
