If you want to ban a user on your YouTube channel, so that they won't be able to comment on your videos anymore, you can do this by:
Accessing the User Profile when you are viewing their comments in the Inbox - this is on the right side of the screen.
Note: To undo the ban on users, you need to go to your YouTube settings directly.
