When are reports synced?

As there is a huge number of social profiles connected to Agorapulse, it is not possible to sync all the data at once, so we have to spread the sync out.

For the Audience report the sync starts at 8 am (UTC+2) and for the Content report the sync starts at 2 am (UTC+2), except for TikTok which starts at 8 am (UTC+2).

For scheduled reports, the sync starts in the morning of your timezone and ends when all the social profiles of your timezone have been synced.

The more profiles there are in that timezone, the more time it takes to sync all the data for each social profile. For this reason, we cannot give a precise time when the reports are updated each day. However, all reports should be updated by noon in your time zone.
