How is average response time calculated?

Average response time is the average time (hours/minutes) that takes you to reply to fans' posts, comments or messages.

Two things to consider about response time:

We can provide reliable response time statistics only in case you and your team is replying to comments, posts and messages via Agorapulse Manager. If you do reply directly on Facebook, we won't be able to provide accurate response time.

Also please note that nights and weekends, during which most of us do not work, are also counted in the response time. So, if you receive a message during the night and it takes couple of hours for you to reply to it in the morning, it'll have an effect on your response time. At this moment it is not possible to set the business hours in Agorapulse.
