Facebook Content metrics - Top content
Updated over 11 months ago

In the Top content section, we list 6 top performing posts for the selected period. By default, the criterion is reach, but you can change it, and order by a different metric.

For each of the listed posts, we also show its top metrics:

  • reach: the number of people who had your Page's post enter their screen

  • number of engaged users: the number of unique people who engaged in certain ways with your Page's post, for example by commenting on, liking, sharing, or clicking on particular elements of the post

  • number of clicks: link clicks (link posts), photo views (for photo posts), or video plays (for video posts)

  • number of other clicks: number of non-content clicks on the post (like clicks on "see more", clicks on profile names, etc.)

  • engagement rate per reach: total engagement divided by total reach

  • engagement rate per impression: total engagement divided by total impressions

You can click on each post to get into its detailed view with more metrics.

Note: This report shows "standard" posts only - it does not include unpublished posts or ad posts. If there is zero Paid reach showing in the post-detail metrics, the post has not been boosted.
