We've developed a powerful algorithm which combines the dates and times of each post you publish with their average reach and engagement performance. Heatmaps tell you when it's best for you to publish or what type or subject tends to perform well.
This is a great way to identify patterns that may not be efficient. For example, you may find you've only published content mid-afternoon (in your time zone) and this is the time period you receive the lowest reach or engagement. Or, you've published too few posts on weekends since weekend posts got the highest engagement.
You'll get these heatmaps for:
day of the week and time of the day
post type: video, photo, link and status (text only)
label*
To benefit from these graphs and take meaningful action, you'll need to post regularly on your page to test. If you only post sporadically, you won't have enough statistically valid data to make insightful decisions.
Also, you need to spread your content throughout the week and the times of the day, if you always post at the same time on the same day, we won't have data to show you for the remaining time.
Note: Please note that this section is only available if you have posted at least 1 post during the given period.
*it's based on the labels you apply to your published posts/content. If you don't label your content, this report won't be available
