In the Twitter Engagement section you can see:
how many times your account has been mentioned
how many times your tweets were liked
how many replies were made on your tweets
how many times your tweets have been quoted
how many direct messages you've received
how many times your tweets were retweeted
The graph reveals those metrics on a daily basis - how many replies have you got on a tweet from last Tuesday? How many likes did you get that day? How many retweets? The graph will tell you.
We also compute the Total engagement which consists of those 4 metrics mentioned above.
