Twitter Community management - Reviewed items
Updated over 10 months ago

In the Community management Reviewed items section you will find out how many inbox items (replies, direct messages) have been reviewed* by your community managers.

The Distribution for a given admin is the ratio of reviewed items among all reviewed items, for the whole team. For example, if one admin reviewed 5 items, while her colleagues did review another 13, then the completion rate would be (5/18)*100=17% (rounded).

This is a great way to demonstrate the amount of work you have invested in the Twitter profile as a community manager. Valuable for agencies managing profiles for clients, or community managers reporting to their boss.

In order to have valuable metrics in this section, you need to review items in Agorapulse Inbox.

Review actions are counted towards the creation date of the item being reviewed. For example, if you receive a comment on Monday, but you review it on Wednesday, the reviewed count will be incremented in Monday report.

* For reviewed count, it does also include items which have been auto-reviewed after they've been replied to. This auto-review is counted towards the date when the item being reviewed was created.

Note: For the Community management metrics calculation, only moderation (replies, reviews, etc.) done in Inbox are taken into consideration - moderation done in Listening is not included.
