If you are seeing an issue with ads being synchronized for Instagram, please make sure:
You've correctly set up your Instagram ad account.
You've already tried to refresh the ad token in Ads monitoring settings
You've already selected the correct Ad account from the dropdown menu
You've selected the correct Instagram account from the list
After all of the above is set, it takes some time to sync new ad comments. Please allow an hour or two to see your comments after you set the ad account
