I don't receive push notifications on my phone. What should I do?

If you are facing push notifications issues, we recommend you to check the following:

First, check in your notification centre settings whether you've allowed the Agorapulse App to send you Push Notifications.

If you're on an Android device, there are certain power saving features that may cause issues with push notifications.

The reason for missing push notifications may be that the default power profile is set to keep a certain set of apps running in the background. This process keeps other apps from performing any kind of activity on the phone unless they are running in the foreground, the Agorapulse app is not on that list.

There are a couple of methods that can help to solve this issue for you.

Go to System Settings > Advanced Settings > Battery Manager > Protected Apps Selection. There you will need to allow the Agorapulse app to run when the screen is off.

Alternatively, you can download and install Quick Sync Settings from the Google Play Store and then go to Settings > Accounts > Google > Enable App-data Sync.

You may also need to check Settings > Notifications > App notifications > Agorapulse and make sure that Block all is not toggled to on.

- If you're on an iOS device, check your notification center settings. To ensure that you've allowed the Agorapulse app to send you Push Notifications.

To do so you can check:

Settings > Agorapulse > Notifications > Allow notifications.

If you're still facing issues, please uninstall the mobile app, power cycle your phone off and then back on, and reinstall the mobile app. Please make sure to allow push notifications.

Note: The notification is sent only to the team member who created the post or who approved the post.
