What is AdsReport?

AdsReport is free tool which lets you analyze the performance of your Facebook Ad Accounts and Ad Campaigns.

How is AdsReport useful for me?

  • provides real-time info - see what is performing best this very moment

  • is safe & secure - no creepy behavior here — we don’t store any of your ad account data

Are there any requirements?

How do I connect my ad account and see ads' performance?

AdsReport tool is available at https://adsreport.agorapulse.com/home

Start by clicking on the Login with Facebook button and log in with your Facebook profile. When asked, please confirm the permissions - we need them to access your Ads' insights (don't worry, we don't store any of this data, remember?)

After login, we ask you to tell us something about yourself - your answers are anonymous and will be used for statistical purposes only.

You're all set!

What metrics are available?

AdsReport provides metrics on three levels:

  1. global Ad Account metrics (global metrics, for the whole Ad Account as such)

  2. chosen Ad Campaign metrics (metrics specific only to chosen Ad Campaign)

  3. best performing Ad metrics (metrics specific only to elected best Ad)

1

Available global Ad Account metrics are:

  • Spent - the estimated total amount of money you've spent on your ads

  • Conversions - the number of all purchases made from your ads

  • Reach - the number of people who saw your ads at least once. Reach is different to Impressions, which may include multiple views of your ads by the same people

  • Impressions - the number of times your ads were on-screen

  • Clicks - the number of clicks on links within your ads

  • CTR (click-through rate) - the percentage of times people saw your ad and performed a link click

  • CPC (cost per click) - the average cost for each link click

  • CPM (cost per mille) - the average cost for 1000 impressions

You can view more detailed metrics for your ad account by clicking on Show more metrics.

2

For each Ad Campaign under given Ad Account, we show same set of metrics - you just need to choose Ad Campaign you want to view.

3

Among available Ad Campaigns, we also show best performing Ad. You can choose your performance criterion, by default, Clicks is selected as criterion. This means Ads will be ranked based on number of clicks they have - Ads with the most clicks will be the best.

Available best performing Ad metrics are:

  • Relevance score - A rating from 1 to 10 that estimates how well your target audience is responding to your Ad. This score is shown after your Ad receives more than 500 impressions.

  • Spent - the estimated total amount of money you've spent on your ads

  • Impressions - the number of times your ads were on-screen

  • Clicks - the number of clicks on links within your ads

  • Frequency - the average number of times that each person saw your ad.

  • CTR (click-through rate) - the percentage of times people saw your ad and performed a link click

  • CPC (cost per click) - the average cost for each link click

  • CPM (cost per mille) - the average cost for 1000 impressions

How do I filter ads? How do I choose time period to view ad metrics for?

Status filtering
