For your security, social networks provide us with authorization tokens that are only valid for a limited time. From time-to-time the YouTube token will expire, when this happens, only Admins on the YouTube channel can renew the token.
As of July 12th, Agorapulse will be compliant with Youtube latest policy regarding data treatment.
If a Youtube page loses its token, all the data in the Social Media Inbox will be erased after 7 days.
if the Youtube token is renewed within 7 days, there will be no impact.
if the Youtube token is reconnected past 7 days, Agorapulse will retrieve only the past 32 days of data. Meaning all your historical data from the Social Media Inbox will be gone.
We advise the admin of the Youtube channel to renew the token as soon as possible to enable a smooth experience.
In case a profile is removed from an organization and you decide to reconnect the page to Agorapulse:
within the 7 days, then all the historical data will be available.
after 7 days, you’ll be able to retrieve only the last 32 days of data.
