Facebook Community management - Reviewed items
Updated over 11 months ago

In Community management Reviewed items section you will find out how many inbox items (comments, messages, visitor posts, recommendations) have been reviewed* or deleted/hidden by your community managers.

The Distribution for given admin is the ratio of reviewed/deleted/hidden items among all reviewed/deleted/hidden items, for the whole team. For example, if one admin reviewed or deleted 3 items, while her colleagues did review another 15, then the completion rate would be (3/18)*100=17% (rounded).

This is a great way to demonstrate the amount of work you have invested in the page as a community manager. Valuable for agencies managing pages for clients, or community managers reporting to their boss.

Note: In order to have valuable metrics in this section, you need to review, delete or hide posts in Agorapulse Inbox. Deleting or hiding on other platforms or on Facebook directly won't affect this report.

Review actions are counted towards the creation date of the item being reviewed. For example, if you receive a comment on Monday, but you review it on Wednesday, the reviewed count will be incremented in Monday report.

* For reviewed count, it does also include items which have been auto-reviewed after they've been replied. This auto-review is counted towards the date when item being reviewed was created.

Note: For Community management metrics calculation, only moderation (replies, reviews, etc.) done in Inbox are taken into consideration - moderation done in Listening is not included.
