You can set up the integration for Slack in your Agorapulse account to receive notifications and updates. This increases the options for receiving notifications from Agorapulse. With a connection to your Slack workspace, notifications are real-time so you can respond faster.

How to add the Agorapulse integration for Slack
Each user must individually connect their own Agorapulse user profile to Slack in order to receive notifications.
To connect Slack:
Click the icon with your avatar and name on the bottom-left of the screen
Select Personal Settings
Click the Notifications sub-menu
Select the My notification channels tab
Click the Configure button next to Slack
Sign in to your Slack account, follow the authorization prompts, and select your Slack workspace
Confirm access to complete the connection
Note: Owners, Co-owners, & Managers can also connect Slack via the Organization settings > Integrations menu. Under the Slack icon, click the Configure button. This will redirect you to the Personal Settings > Notifications menu.
Since Members don't have access to the Integrations menu, they need to connect Slack via the Personal Settings menu. The result is the same in the end.
What kind of notifications are available?
This integration allows you to receive notifications for the following events on Slack:
Inbox
Inbox item assigned - Be notified when a user assigns you an Inbox item to review
Publishing
Publishing parent post assigned - Be notified when a user asks you to review a post
Publishing parent post commented - Be notified when a user comments on a post you have worked on
Publishing parent post updated - Be notified when a user edits a publishing parent post you have worked on
Publishing parent post approved - Be notified when a user approves a publishing parent post you have worked on
Publishing parent post rejected - Be notified when a user rejects a publishing parent post you have worked on
Publishing post failed - Be notified when one of your posts failed to publish
Tokens
Social profile token loss - Be notified when a social profile token becomes invalid
Ad accounts token loss - Be notified if an ad account token becomes invalid
You can enable/disable notifications for these events in the Personal Settings > Notifications.
What will I see in Slack?
Agorapulse will appear as a new app for Slack within your Slack workspace. Messages will appear for each event you've enabled notifications for.
You can click on the Review it on Agorapulse link, to handle the items directly in Agorapulse.
How to remove the Agorapulse integration for Slack
Slack can be disconnected from Agorapulse from your Personal Settings.
To disconnect Slack:
Click the icon with your avatar and name on the bottom-left of the screen
Select Personal Settings
Click the Notifications sub-menu
Select the My notification channels tab
Click the Disconnect button next to Slack
Once disconnected, no further notifications will be sent to Slack until reconnected.
