Discover how to add and remove labels to your inbox comments and conversations.

The Agorapulse labelling system allows you to manage and organize your conversations according to your preferences. This can make it easier to "follow up" later.

The labels can also be viewed in Label distribution chart in your reports to show you common trends in your engagement. Read more about the Label Distribution chart in this article.


Label a Comment/Conversation

When viewing the inbox item you'd like to label, simply click on the Add label button to apply a label. If your specified label doesn't exist yet, you'll be able to create it right away. In case it already exists, you'll find it in the list.


Filter Items by Label

Apply as many Labels as you like to each comment or message. Then you can filter items with a specific label using the Filters.

Click the Filters button on the right hand of the screen. Then select what your filtering by - in this case labels. Then search for the label you want to filter by.


Adding a label

There are 2 ways you can add a label.

You can create a label in the Inbox. Just click on any item in your Inbox to get the detailed view, then click the Add label button.

You can also create labels in the Profile settings - Labels.

Note: If you remove a label from this section, it'll be removed from all items it's been applied to, and it will be erased from the list of existing labels.


Removing a label

You can remove labels at the same place where you add them - just click the X icon next to the label name.
