Agorapulse has the ability to sync TikTok ads comments into your Inbox. This means you can easily engage with users that are reacting to paid content and utilize time saving features like saved replies and automated moderation. More information about the functionality available within the Inbox is available here.

In order to sync ad comments, you first need to ensure you have added your TikTok ad account. In order to connect your ad account and create an ad token, you need to:

- Navigate to your TikTok Profile settings > Ad accounts then click on Connect Ad Account

Once you have selected Connect ad account you will be redirected to TikTok for Business to log in. Once you have entered your account details (or if you are already logged in) you will be asked to confirm ad-related permissions:

When this has been done, you will be redirected back to Agorapulse. Now you will see a list of all active TikTok Ads accounts! You can select all relevant ad accounts that you want to connect, then press Connect ad account.

Within 1-2 hours, you should see your TikTok Ads comments synced in your Inbox! You are able to filter your TikTok Inbox for Ad comments or Ad posts to easily identify them.

Once boosted, a TikTok video or post permanently becomes paid content. Any subsequent comments will then be considered TikTok ads comments and will be synced as such in the Inbox. Comments made before boosting will remain as Organic and will not be designated as ad comments.

We are not able to sync ad comments from influencer profiles not associated with the connected TikTok account in Agorapulse.
