How to view a published post

View published posts through the Social Calendar!

Updated over a month ago

After a post has been published, you are able to view the post and associated analytics in your Social Calendar. In this view, you will be able to see a preview of the post, analytics related to post performance and any comments, history or workflows associated to the post in Agorapulse.

Please Note: The published post view as described in this article is only available for posts published through Agorapulse.

How to view a published post

After navigating to the Social Calendar:

  1. Select a profile from the profile selector on the left

  2. Click on the published post that you want to view
You can use filtering options within the Social Calendar to assist with this process

Post Preview

The Post Preview section allows you to preview how the post will appear in the relevant social network. You will also see an option to View in ___. Clicking this will re-direct you to the post natively in the relevant social network.

Reports & ROI Statistics

The Reports & ROI Statistics tab of the published post view provides key insight into performance metrics. Each social network has different metrics that are available and tracked in this section. A description of each metric is available underneath each title. Social Media ROI statistics will only appear if you are currently tracking your content.

Properties

The Properties tab will include all information we have about the post contents. This includes:

  • Post properties (Creation and scheduled date, author, post type/network, labels)

  • Media associated to the post:

Conversation

The Conversation tab will include all Agorapulse comments related to the post. This includes comments from internal Agorapulse users and external Shared Calendar users. Comments will be displayed chronologically and no additional comments can be added after a post has been published.

  • If a comment was added by a user who was deleted, the comment author's name will not be displayed anymore, and we will show Deleted user instead

  • If this post was included in a group of posts (with other social networks), all Agorapulse comments for all social networks added to the post will appear
