What is an Advanced Listening search?

An Advanced Listening search is a customizable query that continuously scans and identifies publicly available content containing specific keywords, phrases, or profile mentions across a wide range of sources—including social media platforms, blogs, forums, and news sites.

Unlike basic monitoring, which only tracks direct mentions of your social media profiles, an Advanced Listening search captures online conversations based on the criteria you define from a broader range sources.

Agorapulse displays these results in various formats, allowing you to aggregate and analyze the data, while also drilling down into individual pieces of content that match your search parameters.
