How to configure an Advanced Listening search

What are the use cases for Advanced Listening?

Advanced Listening is designed to be customizable for your business needs. Some examples of how Advanced Listening can be used include:

How do I add Advanced Listening to my subscription?

Advanced Listening is available as an add-on to your existing subscription.

Please Note: Only Owners and Managers who have been given access to the Subscription settings may add Advanced Listening to an existing subscription.

To add the Advanced Listening add-on:

  1. Click the + icon on the Listening section

  2. (Optional) Add multiple Listening searches

  3. Select Update Subscription after the changes have been made
    Changes will take immediate effect

Please Note: The pricing for Advanced Listening is on a per search basis and costs €/$40 per search. You can add as many Listening searches as required.
