What can be published on a YouTube channel?

The following types of posts may be published to YouTube via Agorapulse:

  • YouTube Video Posts

  • YouTube Shorts

Please Note: YouTube requires a video to be uploaded to a post in order for it to be successfully published.

YouTube Video Posts

Unverified YouTube users are limited to 15-minute video duration, whereas verified users can upload up to 12-hour-long videos (if the file is within size limits). All videos uploaded in landscape/horizontal format will be uploaded as a YouTube video post.

YouTube Shorts

Any video shorter than 3 minutes in vertical/portrait format will automatically be uploaded as a YouTube Short. This is not configurable and it is not possible to edit a video in Agorapulse to be classified as a YouTube short.

If a video will be uploaded as a YouTube Short, there will be a blue banner in the YouTube options panel.
