Reconnect your Facebook profile:

  1. Click "Can't find a profile?"

  2. Select the option to reconnect (log into Facebook when prompted)

  3. Click Done connecting profiles

Error: Received Facebook error response of type OAuthException: (#32) Page request limited reached (code 32, subcode null)

Recommendation:

Your Page has exceeded Facebook’s API rate limit, which is tied to your Page’s daily active people (DAP). Once the threshold is reached, publishing is temporarily blocked. You will need to wait until Facebook automatically restores access.

Error: Received Facebook error response of type OAuthException: Invalid parameter (code 100, subcode 2061006)

Recommendation:

This usually indicates an incorrectly formatted URL. Check the link field, correct the format, and try publishing again.

Error: Received Facebook error response of type OAuthException: Invalid parameter (code 100, subcode 1349125)

There may be an issue with your post content. Verify that the post includes valid text, a properly formatted URL, and images of reasonable resolution or size. Make any necessary corrections and try again.

Error: Facebook error: It looks like you were misusing this feature by going too fast. You've been blocked from using it. (code 368, subcode 1390008)

This typically occurs when the Page is posting too frequently, posting duplicate or spam-like content. To avoid further blocks, reduce post frequency and avoid overly repetitive messaging.

Error: Facebook error: Your message couldn't be sent because it includes content that other people on Facebook have reported as abusive. (code 368, subcode 1346003)

Recommendation:

Error: Facebook error: Please reduce the amount of data you're asking for, then retry your request (code 1, subcode null)

Recommendation:

Try simplifying your post. Remove page mentions or extra media (links, images) and attempt to publish again. This issue is more common on inactive or low-engagement Pages.

Error: Received Facebook error response of type OAuthException: An unexpected error has occurred. Please retry your request later. (code 2, subcode null)

Recommendation:

This is a temporary issue. First, check whether the post was published on your Page despite the error. If not, try rescheduling and publishing it again later.

The cause is unclear. Wait a few minutes and try publishing again.

Error: Facebook error: Permissions error (code 200, subcode 1609008)

Your custom link title exceeds Facebook's 255-byte limit. Shorten the title to meet this requirement.

Error: Facebook error: An unknown error occurred (code 1, subcode 99)

Recommendation:

This is likely a temporary Facebook issue. Wait and retry later.

Error: Facebook error: Your content couldn't be shared, because this link goes against our Community Standards (code 368, subcode 1404102)

Recommendation:

Remove the flagged link from your post. You may refer to Facebook’s Community Standards for more information.

Error: Received Facebook error response of type OAuthException: You're restricted from acting as your Page until you complete Page Publishing Authorization. (code 368, subcode 1404078)

  1. Switch to your personal Facebook profile

  2. Complete any required identity verification steps

Note: All Page admins may need to complete identity confirmation. Ask other admins to verify their identity as well.

Instagram

Error: Facebook error: (#32) Page request limit reached (code 32, subcode null)

Error: Facebook error: The aspect ratio is not supported. (code 36003, subcode 2207009)

Instagram supports a maximum resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. Resize the image if it exceeds this resolution and try publishing again.

Error: Facebook error: Fatal (code -1, subcode 2207001)

  1. Click "Can't find a profile?"

  2. Select the option to reconnect

  3. Click Done connecting profiles

Error: Facebook error: Invalid user id (code 110, subcode 2207018)

This occurs when tagging a user who either has a private account or an invalid username. Double-check your tagged usernames for typos or account status and correct them before publishing.

Error: Facebook error: User access is restricted (code 25, subcode 2207050)

Recommendation:

This error indicates that the Instagram account has been restricted, often due to a violation of Instagram’s Community Guidelines. Log in to the Instagram mobile app and follow any on-screen prompts to resolve the restriction. While logged in, try performing actions such as liking a post or publishing new content to confirm whether the account is fully functional.

Error: Facebook error: Media ID is not available (code 9007, subcode 2207027)

This usually resolves itself automatically. Our system retries the post a few times. If it still fails, check your media file—ensure it meets Instagram’s specifications (resolution, bitrate, aspect ratio, etc.). If needed, reprocess the file and try again.

Error: Facebook error: You reached maximum number of posts that is allowed to be published by Content Publishing API. (code 9, subcode 2207042)

Recommendation:

Instagram’s API allows a maximum of 25 posts per profile within a 24-hour period. Wait until the limit resets before publishing again.

Error: Facebook error: Application request limit reached (code 4, subcode 2207051)

Recommendation:

Instagram has flagged the publishing action as potential spam and temporarily blocked it. If you believe this is a mistake, contact Instagram support. We also recommend modifying the content to reduce the likelihood of being flagged.
