Learn how to view reports from the mobile app & what data is available

The Agorapulse mobile app allows you to view a simplified version of your Audience, Content (Global), and Community Management reports. Allowing you to stay up to date on the performance of content published from your social profiles.

What reports are available on the mobile app?

With the Agorapulse mobile app, you can view your Audience, Content (Global), and Community Management reports for the following social profiles:

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • X (Twitter)

  • LinkedIn

  • TikTok


How to view your reports in the mobile app

Once you have signed into the mobile app, you can view your reports by following these steps:

  1. Tap Reports at the bottom of the mobile app

  2. From the Reports tab, tap on the two drop-downs to select:

    • The social profile

    • Report type

  3. Tap the Calendar icon to select the reporting period
    Custom date ranges cannot be longer than 1 year

Please Note: Due to the limited space on mobile devices, you'll see metrics and figures, but without graphs, diagrams, or tooltips.


What data is not provided in the mobile app?

Reports in the mobile app for Audience and Content (Global) reports are not 1:1 when comparing the viewable metrics to the desktop webpage.

Below are the metrics that are not included in the mobile app on each social network for each reporting type:

  • Reach

  • Video Views

  • Inbox Sentiment (Score, Activity, & Per day)

Instagram

  • Engagement Rate

  • User Activity

  • Reach

  • Sentiment (Score & Per day)

X (Twitter)

  • Engagement rate

  • Inbox sentiment (Score & Per day)

TikTok

  • Engagement Rate

  • User activity

LinkedIn

  • Engagement Rate

  • Inbox sentiment (Score & Per day)

Content (Global) Report


Facebook

  • Best post type

  • Best label

Instagram

  • Best post type

  • Best label

X (Twitter)

  • Best post type

  • Best label

TikTok

  • Publishing

  • Best label

LinkedIn

  • Best post type

  • Best label

Additional Limitations

  • YouTube reports are currently not supported in the mobile app

  • Content (Performance) and Competitor reports cannot be viewed

  • Custom reports cannot be created or viewed

  • Reports cannot be exported
