When creating your account, you are asked to provide an email, first and last name, password, and language. This information can be updated at any time in your Account details, along with your avatar, by following the steps below.
How to upload a custom profile picture
By default, we display an avatar picture with your initials. In case you want to change this default profile picture in Agorapulse, you can customize it.
To customize your profile picture:
Click on your avatar and select Personal Settings
Choose the Account details sub-menu
Under Account details, click on Upload a picture
Select an image from your device to upload
Note: The recommended dimensions for your profile picture are 360x360 pixels.Crop or resize your image
Click Save changes
How to update your First and Last name
You can update your First and Last name by:
Click on your avatar and select Personal Settings
Choose the Account details sub-menu
Under Personal information, select the text box under either First name or Last name
Type in the updated name
Click Save changes
How to change your email and password
You can change your email address by:
Click on your avatar and select Personal Settings
Choose the Account details sub-menu
Under Personal information, click Change email
Enter your new email in the first two fields
In the last field, enter your password
Click Save new email
You can change your password by:
Click on your avatar and select Personal Settings
Choose the Account details sub-menu
Under Personal information, click Change password
In the first field, enter your current password
Enter your new password in the last two fields
Click Save new password
How to change your language
AgoraPulse is available in English, French, Spanish, and German.
You can change your language by:
Click on your avatar and select Personal Settings
Choose the Account details sub-menu
Under Personal information, click the Language drop-down
Select your language
Click Save changes
