How to sign up to, log in or log out of Agorapulse

Right now, there are 2 ways how to sign up or log in to Agorapulse - with email and password or with Single Sign-on (SSO).

Signing up (new users)

To sign up, use your email and password. We need you to enter your email address, confirm it and also enter the password you'll be logging in with. The minimum length of the password is 6 characters. Finally, check the reCaptcha and hit the orange Sign up button. Once you are logged in to the tool, you will then need to connect your social profiles to access the rest of Agorapulse's features.

Note: It is only possible to sign up to Agorapulse through the desktop version of our website.


Logging in (existing users)

Email + password login

Simply log in with your email and password combination that you've used during signup.

Signing out

To sign out of Agorapulse, simply click on your profile picture in the bottom left corner and then Logout.


What to do if you’re having trouble logging in?

If you're unable to log in to Agorapulse, try the following:

  • Double-check that you're using the correct email address and password.

  • If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot your password? link on the login page.

  • Try logging in from an incognito/private browser window.

  • Make sure your browser is up to date.

  • If you're using a company network, VPN, or firewall, try connecting from a different network.

  • If you've made multiple unsuccessful login attempts, wait a few minutes before trying again.
