In order to delete your account, please ensure that you do not:
Have an active subscription with us
Have an active Free plan
Have an ongoing Trial
If any of the above applies to you, then you first need to cancel your subscription/free plan or stop your free trial. To find out how to do this, please read the section below.
If you do not have an active subscription/free plan or trial then please skip to the next section.
How can I delete my account with an active subscription, trial or free plan?
Please Note: You must be the organization Owner in order to cancel any type of subscription or plan.
If you want to delete your account and have an active subscription, trial or Free plan, you must first adjust your subscription settings. This can be done within the Subscription settings page. You can access this page by first clicking on the avatar on the bottom-left of your screen:
Once in the Subscription settings, you can select the hyperlink next to No longer interested in Agorapulse on the bottom of the screen.
Subscription = Cancel subscription | Free trial = Cancel trial | Free plan = Stop free plan
Please keep in mind, after adjusting the renewal option for your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We would be sorry to see you go!
Delete your Account
Once you have cancelled your trial/subscription or stopped your free plan, you may navigate to your Personal settings. These can again be accessed by first clicking on the avatar on the bottom-left of the screen followed by the General tab. You can then select the Delete my account option. Your account and relevant social profiles will then be deleted.
How can I delete my account during signup?
If you want to delete your account while still in the registration process, you can do so by opening up your profile settings and choosing the Delete my account button.
