Yes, absolutely! Click your Organization avatar in the bottom left and select Organization settings, then select Menu/groups on the left.
Here you'll be able to:
reorder all social profiles
add new groups and add social profiles into groups
edit or delete groups
reorder social profiles within the group
rename any social profile as you like
Important: Please note that the Navigation menu can only be edited by Owner or Manager - Members can not edit the nav menu. Also, changes to the nav menu are applied to all team members - in other words, the nav menu is the same for everyone in the organization.

Note: Please note that each page or account can only be part of one group (folder). It's not possible to put one page/account into multiple groups. Also, every social profile or group must have a name - you can't save changes without giving names to all groups and social profiles.

Note: Renaming social profiles only changes their appearance of them within Agorapulse. It does not change anything natively.
Don't forget to press Save when you are done to keep all your changes!
