Only the Owner of an organization can cancel a subscription. By default, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. If you cancel, no further charges will apply after the current billing cycle (monthly or annually, starting from the date of your last payment).
Note: Users on a Custom or Manual plan must contact their Customer Success Manager or the Agorapulse support team to cancel their subscription.
To cancel your Agorapulse subscription:
Navigate to the Subscription settings
At the bottom of the page, click the cancellation option available for your plan:
Cancel subscription if you are on a paid plan
Cancel trial if you are still within your trial period
Stop Free Plan if you are on the free plan
Provide cancellation feedback in the form
Click Confirm cancellation
Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. Once your subscription is canceled and your current billing cycle has ended, you can proceed to permanently delete your account.
How to reactivate a cancelled renewal
If you have cancelled your subscription renewal but changed your mind before the end of your current billing cycle, you can reactivate the renewal to ensure your subscription continues without interruption.
To reactivate a cancelled renewal:
Navigate to the Subscription settings
Click Turn on your subscription renewal and confirm
Your subscription will continue to renew at the end of the current billing cycle
If you do not reactivate, your subscription will end when the current billing cycle expires and your team will lose access to Agorapulse.
