The subscription owner can transfer their subscription to another team member that is part of their organization, regardless of their current role.
To transfer the subscription:
Click the avatar on the bottom-left of the screen
Select Organization settings
Select the Information sub-menu
Click Transfer ownership
Choose the user you want to transfer the subscription to
Check the box letting you know that you will no longer be the owner of this organization
Click Transfer ownership
Note: Subscription transfer has an immediate effect.
