The subscription owner can transfer their subscription to another team member.
The team member needs to have a manager role in the organization (it's not possible to transfer subscriptions to an organization member).
If there are only members in your organization, you'll need to make one of the members a manager, to be able to transfer the subscription over to them.
To transfer the subscription, go to Organization settings - General and click the transfer icon. Then choose the manager you want the subscription to transfer to.
Note: Subscription transfer has an immediate effect.
