While moderating comments in your inbox you have 2 options. You can either view Incoming items or Profile posts.
The Incoming items view will show you all of your inbox items (comments and messages) in a list view. By default, the Incoming items view is selected.
The Profile posts view will show you organic and ad posts created by your page. By default, Organic posts will be selected. This view was created for users who want to follow a specific thread under a post.

Please note to see your ad posts and comments, an ad account needs to be connected You can find out how to do this here.
When you are in the Profile posts view, you can filter to see either Organic posts or Ad posts by using the drop-down list. You can also filter the date range of which posts you want to moderate. This allows you to easily moderate comments on specific posts in a few clicks.
Once you click on a post, you will be able to see all the comments that have been left on this item and moderate the comments, as usual, such as review, reply and hide.
